Your support goes directly to helping provide a fun, safe environment for in our community where children to learn how to swim, compete and learn how to be safe in the water. Your tax-deductible contribution will make a meaningful impact on our team, supporting our athletes with swimmer development, equipment, tents and coaches. Sponsors receive continued exposure to the hundreds of families and friends in the Wells Branch community and surrounding areas.

BACKGROUND
The Wells Branch Armada was formed in 1989 and serves approx. 200 registered swimmers ages 4-17 from 140+ families in Wells Branch and the surrounding areas every year. Swimmers compete in the Northwest Swim Circuit. The Wells Branch Armada is an approved 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax-deductible.
MISSION
- To provide an affordable summer activity where kids develop their swimming ability and compete in a fun and encouraging environment.
- Help each swimmer reach his or her swimming potential.
- Develop a swim community and promote teamwork
PROPOSAL
Your company will receive acknowledgment at all events we host: 3-4 home swim meets, a swim-a-thon, and an awards night. At each home event, about 300+ swimmers compete. At the end of the season over 500 swimmers attend the divisional meet.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Admiral: $1,000+
- Everything at Commander, Captian & Commodore level, with the following upgrades
- The company name/logo on the individual sponsorship banner will be displayed at all home swim meets, plus inclusion on the group banner will be displayed at all home and away meets.
- Company name/logo on the back of the team t-shirts in a large font size
- Company name recognition at all home meets; at the beginning and end of the meet and 4x times throughout the meet
- Ability to distribute promotional flyers in team folders (4x) each season
- Ability to provide a stack of ads/flyers at concessions at a home meet
- Ability to exhibit at home swim meets (van or display in front circle entrance)
- Ability to display signage or distribute promo items at the WBA Swim banquet
Captain: $500
- Everything at the Commander and Captian level, with the following upgrades
- Company name/logo on the back of the team t-shirts in medium font
- Company name recognition at all home meets, at the beginning and end of the meet and 2x times throughout the meet
- Ability to distribute promotional flyers in team folders (2x) each season
Commander: $250
- Company name on the WBA website with a link to your website
- Company name on sponsorship banner displayed at all home and away swim meets*
- Company name callouts/recognition at all home meets; at the beginning and end of the meet
- Company name on the back of the team t-shirts in small font*
- Company name on WBA Swim banquet program
Skipper: Donation In-Kind / Physical Goods / $100 Cash
- Physical Goods/Supplies Donation: May be accepted if matched with a swim team need.
- In-Kind Donations: May be accepted if it helps offset the operating expenses of the Wells Branch Armada. They must be two times the sponsorship level
- Cash donations $100+
Pit Sponsorship
- Get eyes on your company logo or family name hanging on one of our Pits for all home and away games. Size of banner is 11x14 laminated sign.
Pit Sponsorships are 1st come, 1st served:
Girl Pits: 6&Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15 & Up
Boy Pits: 6&Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15 & Up - $150 per pit
To receive all benefits of sponsorship, signed commitment and payment must be received by April 1st, to ensure your company name or logo (dependent on level) is printed on team t-shirts and banners. We accept sponsorships all season, but our ability to fulfill all sponsorship benefits depends on our deadlines.

Pack 728 is open to girls and boys in Kindergarten through 5th grade. While we mainly recruit from Wells Branch (Austin, TX) area schools, we welcome kids and their families from all communities.
Wells Branch Soccer Association (WBSA) is a north Austin non-profit youth sports organization that develops friendships, skills, and future leaders within the Wells Branch community. Driven by volunteers and supported by an amazing neighborhood, WBSA is one of the most affordable and most enjoyable clubs in the entire state of Texas.
