Hi Armada Families!

WOW! What an amazing Swim-a-Thon! So bummed we had to cut it a bit short, but we always keep safety in mind when we're at the pool and storms are near. 

A huge thank you to all of our swimmers, families, volunteers, and supporters who made tonight such a fun and successful event. We loved seeing our swimmers challenge themselves, cheer each other on, and show what makes our team so special.

Thanks to your generosity and hard work, we have now reached approximately 75% of our $10,000 fundraising goal! 🎉🐬

That is an incredible accomplishment, but we're not done yet!

Donations Remain Open Through Friday

There is still time to help us reach our goal! Donations will remain open through Friday, so be sure to:

• Register on FundHub and share your swimmer's fundraising page with friends and family (we only have 35% of swimmers registered, and it's FREE to sign up!)
• Follow up with anyone who planned to donate
• Make a final contribution to help us cross the finish line
• Remember, there are awesome prizes to be earned for every $25 in donations! 

Every dollar raised helps support our team through improvements such as a new Dolphin timing system, pool and instructional equipment, and fun activities throughout the season.

🏊 Lap Count Winners

Our swimmers logged an incredible number of laps tonight! We're collecting and tracking lap counts, and our top lap count winners will be announced and recognized at Awards Night as well. If you didn't get a chance to drop your lap counter slip off, please take a picture or send your swimmer's total to Katie at [email protected]. 

🎟️ Raffle Tickets Available!

Tonight we started selling raffle tickets for great prizes, including 2027 VIP parking and 2027 Armada registration opportunities!

🎟️ 5 tickets for $20

Raffle tickets will remain on sale through Awards Night, and winners will be drawn and announced at the end of the evening. Note, there aren't physical raffle tickets for these. They're tracked online and will be chosen at random. 

Workplace Giving Reminder

If you made a donation through your employer's workplace giving or matching gift program, please email me with the details. Many of those donations don't automatically appear in our fundraising totals, and we want to make sure:

✅ Your donation is counted toward our overall goal
✅ Your swimmer(s) receive credit toward their incentive prizes

We are so proud of our Armada swimmers and grateful for the support of this amazing community. Let's keep the momentum going and see how close we can get to our goal by Friday!
