Hello Armada families,

Get ready to rock the pool deck – our annual Meat Raffle fundraiser is getting a musical makeover! This year, we’re hosting the first-ever Wells Branch Armada Meat Raffle & Music Night on Thursday, July 2, from 6–9 pm at Hanover’s Draught House in Pflugerville. Along with the always-popular meat raffles (yes, because who doesn't love good meat!), we’re adding live music performed by our very own Armada swimmers, coaches, and their talented family members between raffle drawings.

Now we need YOU – our amazing swimmers, coaches, and musical families – to help make the night a hit! If you sing or play an instrument (or have a band), this is your chance to shine on stage. All ages and experience levels are welcome, from our youngest swimmers to our seasoned coaches. We’ll have a drum set, microphones, and a keyboard available on site, so just bring your voice or instrument (and your enthusiasm)!

Ready to perform? Please sign up to secure a performance slot. Simply fill out our quick Musician Sign-Up Form by Tuesday, June 16th, so we can plan the set list and accommodate everyone. We’ll do our best to schedule younger performers earlier in the evening. Don’t be shy – it’s all for fun and a great cause! And don't miss a special closing performance by Head Coaches Reese & Caden!

What is a Meat Raffle, you ask? It’s a fun, fast‑paced way to turn a few dollars into delicious prizes—your raffle tickets get you entries into drawings for meat throughout the night! With multiple rounds, you could walk away with anything from a pound of ground beef to a full Prime brisket (and yes, there are epic premium rounds, too).

Even if you’re not performing, we hope you bring your whole family to enjoy the Meat Raffle & Music Night. This is a family-friendly event! Invite friends and neighbors, too. You only need to be part of the Armada family to perform. So bring your friends because the more the merrier (and the more we raise for the Armada)!
