Hello Armada Families!

We’re excited to officially kick off the 2026 Wells Branch Armada Fundraiser! 🌊

This year, we are using Fund Hub to make fundraising easier, more fun, and more rewarding for our swimmers and families.

Our fundraiser will run from May 18 through June 2, ending with our exciting Swim-a-Thon event on June 2! During the Swim-a-Thon, swimmers will have the opportunity to swim as many laps as they can for even MORE prize opportunities and get final donations in. More details on that event will be coming soon!

Important Reminder

Our team fundraising requirement has NOT changed:
✅ Each family is only required to raise $100 total for the season.

The purpose of Fund Hub and these new incentives is simply to:

• Make fundraising easier
• Help swimmers track progress (and compete against other groups on the team!)
• Give families the option to raise beyond the minimum if they’d like
• Add some fun rewards along the way!

How to Get Started

Visit our Fund Hub page to register your swimmer and set up your fundraising page:

Once registered, you can easily share your swimmer’s personal fundraising link through text, email, and social media. This is intended to take the donation part away from our families, and get your community involved! Every $5 helps!

Please note: Since Fund Hub is designed primarily for schools, you may see references to “classrooms.” For Armada, your swimmer’s “classroom” simply refers to their age and gender practice group.

Every swimmer can earn prizes based on the amount they raise:

• Register (FREE) → Armada Temporary Tattoo 🌊
• Raise $25 → Armada Cup 🥤
• Raise $50 → Armada Water Bottle 💦
• Raise $75 → Armada Sunglasses 😎
• Raise $100 → Armada Fan 🌬️
• Raise $125 → Armada Cooling Towel 🏊
• Raise $150+ → $25 to spend at the Armada Swim Shop 🛍️

We’re excited to try incentives for the first time this season and hope it adds extra excitement and motivation for our swimmers!

We’ll be handing out incentive prizes every couple of days during practices, so get started quickly if you want to start seeing goodies show up in your family folder early! 🎉
