Hello Armada Families!

Welcome to the 2026 Armada Season! My name is Juli, I'm your volunteer coordinator. In this role, I'm a parent volunteer just like you are. This is my family's 7th year with Wells Branch Armada. We've love this team all the way through!

I've done almost every volunteer job at meets and can answer any of your questions as we move into the season. In fact, this Thursday, April 30th, at 6:30pm I'd love to teach you about all of the volunteer jobs we have available! We're having a group Volunteer Training evening at Willow Bend Pool. We'll meet in Willow Bend Park for a quick run-down of the jobs that are available and then will move into the pool area to show you where all of the jobs take place. Lead Volunteers- if you're available during this time I'd love for you to be there and help me teach people about your roles!

There are 2 lead volunteer positions that are still vacant- Pit Parent Lead and Timer Lead. Please let me know if you're interested in helping to fulfill this role. Leads help me make sure that everyone is in position and ready to go on meet days. they help to keep track of any equipment and supplies we need during the meets for their section and help to train new volunteers, if needed.
