Reminder: Respect for Our Coaches and Practice Guidelines

As we dive into another great summer season, we want to remind everyone of the importance of supporting our coaching staff and maintaining a productive environment for all swimmers.

Parents:Please do not coach from the side of the pool. It can be distracting to both swimmers and coaches. If you’d like to speak with your swimmer, please do so privately before or after practice — not during.

Swimmers:You are expected to report on time and swim in your assigned lane. Lane assignments are made for a reason. No lane changesare permitted without permission from the coaching staff.

If any behavior — by swimmers or parents — interferes with coaching or disrupts practice for others, we reserve the right to remove individuals from the pool area.
