Coaches' Corner
by: Jake Tolfa and Maddie Wright, Head Coaches
We can’t believe the season is officially over!
The coaches are so proud of each and every swimmer this year. We saw how hard each of you worked at practice every day and the way you challenged yourselves at every meet. There were so many swimmers who hit their personal goals this year, learned a new stroke, mastered their dive, and dropped time at every meet. Parents, thank you so much for trusting us with your kiddos and letting us teach them all summer. Thank you for bringing them to every practice, and working those early morning, long swim meets. We hope you too can see how much it paid off - we had 156 time improvements at divisionals!
The love, spirit, and pride for Armada were truly unmatched this season. Thank you for another amazing summer and for allowing us to lead you all through another season. We love seeing how much you all love this team!
Let’s also give a quick shoutout to our kids who made it to invitationals! We had 27 kiddos swimming and an overall result of 31 time improvements! As well as a relay record broken! Congrats to y’all!
We appreciate another great summer with every swimmer and family who joined us for the 2024 season. We couldn’t ask for a better community. We look forward to seeing everyone next summer!
