Captain's Log

by Paul Wadehra, Meet Director

Well, this season certainly went by fast. It's been so much fun and as always I'm sad to see it end. I'm very proud to be part of this team, and look forward to many more successful seasons ahead!

Be on the lookout for a parent survey in the next week or so. We need your feedback to continue to improve the Armada experience.

Have a great summer, a great school year, and we'll see you back next May at the pool!

Coach's Corner

by Gina Zayas, Head Coach

Inspirational, motivational and fun…three words that describe the Armada experience. It was a wonderful season and I know several of you, like me, are sad to see it end. There are so many that made this season possible and I’d like to thank them now.

To begin with, I’d like to thank the swim board for all their hard work throughout the year that made this season run so smoothly and efficiently. A big thank you to my coaches who worked so hard each day with all our swimmers and celebrated their accomplishments each Saturday. Thank you parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters for volunteering week after week which made our meets possible.

Congratulations Swimmers on an amazing season! I look forward to seeing you all next season!

Coach Gina

Volunteer Spot

by Jeannie Boylan, Volunteer Coordinator

Hi Parents,

Well, we made it through the season! I hope your family had a GREAT time with Armada. We certainly enjoyed seeing all of you and watching the kids learn and grow, all while having fun!

This is my last season as Volunteer Coordinator. Nancy Brieger will have the honor of working with you in that role next season. You won't get rid of me entirely, as I'll still be involved with the team in different ways.

Thank you for everything you did to make this a memorable experience! Hopefully, we'll see you next season!

Jeannie Boylan,

Volunteer Coordinator
